## Humans
- Multi-step bookings: open a "sejour" (create_sejour) to hold several bookings under ONE shared
  expiry, then pass its sejour_id to each quote_engagement. Read the whole group back with
  get_sejour. Use it for an afternoon, a full day or a week-long stay.
  The rail HOLDS the group, it never COMPOSES it: ordering, travel time between stops and what
  fills a gap are the agent's job, by design.
